Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to support the Resident Manager in delivering exceptional resident services and maintaining high retention. The role involves hands-on day-to-day management, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on policy adherence and customer experience.

The candidate will drive campaigns to boost resident satisfaction, supervise staff, and develop teams while strengthening partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with minimum of 6 months experience in residential property management.
• Six months experience in a supervisory or lead role is required.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coach team members to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the oversight of day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns and address policy noncompliance.
• Deploy resident information and engagement campaigns to improve satisfaction and rankings.
• Create accountability and ownership among team members and provide timely performance feedback.
• Support training and development of team members on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
• Develop relationships with key partner stakeholders and respond to requests to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform duties of a Resident Associate as needed and other duties as assigned.
