Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to support the Resident Manager in delivering high‑quality resident services, managing daily operations, and fostering a positive community experience.

You will supervise a team, coach staff, analyze data to improve retention, and coordinate with partners to meet goals while maintaining compliance and outstanding service. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in residential property management.
• At least 6 months in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and coach members on customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Proven ability to maximize resident retention through data-driven programs.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and link activities to business goals.
• Ability to organize team activities to ensure productive operations.
• Ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and resolve escalated concerns.
• Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekend and evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns and address noncompliance with community policies.
• Deploy resident information and engagement campaigns to increase satisfaction.
• Create accountability and ownership among team members; communicate expectations, supervise, and provide feedback.
• Assist the Resident Manager in training and developing team members through coaching and mentoring on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
• Develop and maintain win–win relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform all duties of a Resident Associate as needed.
