Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Manager to design and manage programs ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention. You will lead day-to-day resident account management, oversee financial transactions, and drive campaigns to boost engagement and loyalty while controlling costs.

The role requires 5+ years in property management with at least 2 in a leadership capacity, plus strong data interpretation and customer-focused capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in residential property management.
• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team of service representatives, including coaching to improve performance and training on compliance, renewal, and customer complaint resolution.
• Proven ability to maximize revenue through data-driven loyalty and retention programs.
• Proven ability to perform accounting functions, manage delinquent accounts, and verify transactions against audit trails and ledgers.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and align operations with business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Oversee analysis, processing, and reconciliation of housing-related resident financial transactions, identifying variances and resolving discrepancies.
• Proactively resolve complex or sensitive resident concerns, questions, and requests, and address chronic noncompliance with community policies.
• Design and deploy resident information and engagement campaigns to increase resident satisfaction as measured by surveys and rankings.
• Assist in strategies to increase income, decrease expenses, and enhance overall community value.
• Create accountability and ownership among team members; set clear expectations, supervise, and provide timely feedback.
• Lead training and development of team members through coaching, motivation, and mentoring on culture, goals, sales techniques, and leasing operations.
• Develop and maintain win-win relationships with partner stakeholders and collaborate to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform all duties of a Resident Associate as needed and other duties as assigned.
