Job summary

Corvias is seeking a Resident Manager to lead day-to-day resident relations and financial operations within a busy community. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive resident experience and pursue strategies to increase income and reduce expenses.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in residential property management and prior supervisory experience. Weekend/evening availability and up to 25% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in residential property management
• Proven ability to lead a team of service representatives and coach on compliance, renewal, and customer complaint resolution
• Proven ability to maximize revenue through loyalty and retention programs
• Experience performing accounting tasks including delinquent accounts and audit trails
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and connect operations to business strategies
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and partner with cross-functional teams for a positive resident experience
• Oversee processing and reconciliation of housing-related financial transactions
• Address complex resident concerns and noncompliance with community policies
• Design and deploy resident information campaigns to boost satisfaction
• Assist in strategies to increase income, reduce expenses, and add value to the community
• Lead training and development of team members and provide feedback
