Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential property management with supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to coach teams, renewals, and handle escalated customer issues.
• Experience designing loyalty and retention programs to drive revenue.
• Ability to manage delinquent accounts and perform routine accounting tasks.
• Strong data interpretation to connect operations to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident relations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze, process, and reconcile housing-related financial transactions.
• Resolve complex resident concerns and ensure policy compliance.
• Design campaigns to increase resident satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify strategies to increase income and reduce expenses.
• Lead training and development for team members on culture, goals, and leasing operations.
• Maintain relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
• Perform Resident Associate duties as needed.
