Job summary

Corvias Corporate Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Associate to manage resident transactions, renewals and revenue generation from fee enforcement and lease enhancements. You will ensure resident satisfaction and retention while handling move-ins/outs, evictions, and administrative tasks.

The role requires 2+ years in property management or related fields, experience with collections/evictions, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to retain customers by securing account or lease renewals, including cross-selling or upselling.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents; respond to concerns, questions and requests.
• Process move-ins, move-outs and evictions; handle inspections, notifications and paperwork.
• Maintain tenant ledger; track revenue and expenses for each lease.
• Enforce community policies; educate residents on policies and standards.
• Provide timely information about events, programs, and initiatives.
• Drive lease renewals and cross-community relocation opportunities; execute renewal process.
• Organize materials, report defects, and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties (phones, files, data entry, reports).
• Other duties as assigned.
