Bozzuto in Miami is seeking an Executive Concierge who will lead and deliver outstanding resident experiences. You’ll greet residents and prospects, build relationships, and model the company’s standards of service while coaching a resident services team.

The role involves planning events, managing front desk operations, coordinating communications, and ensuring a meticulously cared-for community. Weekend or evening shifts may apply, and a positive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach resident services team.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Solve problems and assist residents and prospects with care.
• Plan events and activities to engage residents.
• Build brand loyalty and drive resident retention.
• Manage front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations, and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on shift.
