Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Weekend Daytime Concierge (Saturday-Sunday, 7AM-3PM) to greet residents and prospects, create exceptional first impressions, and build ongoing relationships. You will know customers well, including their preferences, and you will tailor interactions to make them feel at home.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality/retail, strong communication, professional appearance, and proficiency with software.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A sharp professional appearance.
Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
An eye for detail and a knack for anticipating a customer’s needs.
A customer-focused mentality.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (we deliver a lot of packages during the holidays!)

Responsibilities

You’re the first person prospects and residents meet when they come home and you own and take pride in creating stellar first impressions.
Event planning – executing meaningful events and activities that engage residents and foster a sense of community.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring a consistently positive experience and a meticulously cared for community.
Generate awareness, interest and excitement via social media.
Encourage happy customers to share the love by writing reviews on social networking sites.
Obsessively organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
