Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Resident Concierge to greet prospects and residents, create stellar first impressions and build lasting relationships. You’ll know customer preferences, including four-legged friends, and personalize every interaction.

You’ll handle front desk organization, event planning, and community activities while ensuring a consistently positive experience. This role includes weekend/evening shifts and opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mentality and ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects.
• Plan and execute events to engage residents and foster community.
• Build brand loyalty through positive experiences and care.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media.
• Encourage residents to share reviews on social networks.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on shift.
