Job summary

Kairoi seeks a Resident Experience Specialist to craft a vibrant community for residents at our multifamily property. You will lead ideation, planning, and execution of resident events and programs, ensuring engaging experiences and a sense of belonging.

You will analyze resident demographics, set KPIs, manage budgets, vendor relations, and on-site execution while collaborating with Senior Resident Experience Coordinators. Flexibility including evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, community engagement, or a related role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful resident events and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resident experience strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for programming.
• Establish KPIs to measure event effectiveness and track progress toward goals.
• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of resident events and programs for various interests.
• Manage event logistics including budgeting, vendors, marketing, and on-site execution.
• Oversee setup and break-down of events and ensure materials and equipment are ready.
• Create engaging event materials such as flyers, invitations, and decorations.
• Foster a welcoming community atmosphere and resident interaction.
• Build relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.
• Gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service delivery.
• Develop resident communication strategies (newsletters, social media, on-site announcements).
• Collaborate with Senior Resident Experience Coordinators for seamless execution.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team and delegate tasks clearly.
