Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in customer service, hospitality, or luxury residential/hotel environment.
• Proven track record delivering personalized luxury service.
• Strong ability to build rapport and foster community atmosphere.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Anticipate resident needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance living experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster community.
• Maintain knowledge of amenities and local resources to provide accurate information.
• Assist residents with tasks like reservations, move-ins/outs, and maintenance requests.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
• Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster engagement.
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team for seamless service coordination.
• Seek feedback to improve service delivery.
• Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on technology to improve resident communication.
• Design bespoke services and programs for ultra-high-net-worth residents.
• Develop partnerships with luxury vendors for exclusive resident benefits.
• Maintain a database of resident preferences for personalized service.
• Provide guidance to Concierge Coordinators on complex issues.
• Contribute to initiatives improving resident retention and satisfaction.
