Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in hospitality/event planning/marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in event planning or customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing resident events and programs, including logistics and on-site support.
• Manage event set-up and breakdown with required materials and equipment.
• Greet residents at events and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Prepare event materials such as flyers, invitations, and decorations.
