Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Community Director to oversee the operations of a multifamily community. You will lead a high-performing team, manage finances, drive resident relations, and ensure the property meets performance goals.

The role requires 5–6 years in multifamily or related hospitality, with 2+ years of leadership experience and a strong foundation in financial management. Proficiency with property management software is expected, and CAM/IREM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in the multifamily industry or related hospitality field.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree; strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee performance reviews and regular check-ins.
• Ensure exceptional customer service to residents and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage budget preparation, financial reporting, and NOI optimization.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents and oversee outreach.
