Kairoi seeks a seasoned Resident Experience Manager to cultivate a thriving community at our multifamily property. You will lead strategy, events, and a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The role demands strong leadership, budget oversight, and a passion for hospitality. You will partner with vendors, analyze feedback, and drive engagement across diverse resident demographics, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning or community engagement.
• Proven track record of developing and executing resident experience programs that drive engagement and retention.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with ability to develop a high‑performing team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive resident experience strategy aligned with brand and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze demographics to identify innovative programming opportunities.
• Establish KPIs to measure event effectiveness and report ROI.
• Oversee the Resident Experience team, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, inclusive community and strong resident relations.
• Plan and execute a diverse calendar of events and programs, budgeting, vendor selection, and on‑site execution.
• Track attendance, gather feedback, and analyze data to improve offerings.
• Develop proactive communication strategies to inform residents about events and news.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure quality services.
