Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a customer-focused team member in Los Angeles to handle resident inquiries and guide move-in processes for a welcoming transition. You will engage with residents to ensure satisfaction and coordinate events and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Smartphone usage for certain job aspects (own device may be required).

Responsibilities

• Address resident inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide new residents through move-in preparation for a smooth transition.
• Conduct follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Manage move-out inspections and coordinate resident events.
• Oversee amenity areas and collect rental fees.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance community operations.
