Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Resident Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service, guide move-ins, handle resident issues, and ensure a remarkable living experience throughout residency.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and computer skills, and weekend availability. Salary ranges from $25.00 to $30.55 per hour with overtime and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Address resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Guide new residents through move-in preparation for a smooth transition.
• Conduct follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns.
• Manage move-out inspections and coordinate resident events.
• Maintain high resident visibility, oversee amenity areas, and collect rental fees.
• Proactively suggest improvements to community operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will spend most of your time delivering exceptional customer service, fostering resident loyalty through outstanding move-in experiences, adeptly handling and escalating resident issues, and ensuring an overall remarkable living experience throughout their residency.

• Addressing resident inquiries promptly, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Guiding new residents through the move-in preparation experience for a smooth transition
• Conducting follow-up within a week of move-in to address concerns
• Managing move out inspections and coordinating resident events
• Maintaining high resident visibility, overseeing amenity areas, and collecting fees for rentals
• Proactively suggesting improvements to enhance community operations
  

What You'll Need To Thrive

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required if the employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) during their workday and/or as part of their role.
• Computer literacy and effective communication skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job

Salary: $25.00 - $30.55 per hour

• Employees are eligible for overtime pay and performance incentives.
• The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
