Vivmark Residential is hiring to lead and mentor teams in sales, marketing, and customer service for a positive, high-performing community. The role involves managing resident files, payments, and audits while applying strong leasing knowledge.

The successful candidate will oversee move-ins, lease explanations, and orientations, while proactively addressing resident needs and coordinating with maintenance. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of federal/state apartment housing laws is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Own smartphone with updated software for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage financial transactions, including payments and audits, for resident files.
• Support marketing efforts with strong community knowledge and outreach.
• Explain lease provisions, oversee move-ins, and conduct orientations for new residents.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emails and follow up on concerns.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to meet resident needs.
• Monitor property trends to anticipate occupancy needs.
