GoldOller Real Estate Investments in Towson, MD seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager and ensure the property's financial and operational success. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving occupancy, and maintaining professional standards across the team.

You'll oversee rent collection, leasing activities, and marketing support, coach and develop staff, and ensure compliance with leases and Fair Housing policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management operations and Fair Housing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; RealPage/OneSite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection and manage lease violations.
• Leasing of available apartment homes and support marketing.
• Drive resident retention and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Communicate progress to Community Manager and take corrective steps.
• Assist the Community Manager in coaching, developing, and leading the leasing team.
