Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operational, financial, and cultural success of a residential property. You will manage budgets, occupancy, and leasing while coaching a high-performing team to deliver Gold Standard service for residents and staff.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to implement improvement plans when performance needs help. A commission potential may be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven success in property management with financial, leasing, marketing, and resident relations skills.
• Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing preferred; High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets to drive occupancy and rental income.
• Track payroll, delinquency, and reporting in compliance with company policy.
• Oversee leasing, pricing, renewals, and move-ins/outs with team.
• Coach, develop, and lead a high-performing site team to Gold Standard service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, safety, and local regulations.
