Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a proactive Community Manager to lead the property’s daily operations, financial performance, and resident experience. You will coach a site team, manage budgets and leasing, uphold Fair Housing and safety standards, and partner with regional leadership to drive occupancy and service excellence.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and proactive communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of residential property management experience as a Community Manager or similar role; 1–3 years of multifamily housing experience.
• Experience with OneSite required; CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and drive occupancy and rental income goals.
• Maintain financial data including payroll, overtime, and reconciliations.
• Utilize RealPage and related tools to track performance and purchasing; ensure data accuracy.
• Lead weekly team meetings and coach staff for growth.
• Oversee leasing processes, move-ins/outs, and adherence to Fair Housing laws.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and local regulations; maintain property standards.
• Maintain resident relations and timely communication; resolve conflicts.
• Partner with regional leadership to implement improvement plans.
