Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; bachelor's in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Experience with OneSite required.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial, leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a multifamily property.
• Lead a site team with coaching, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, OSHA, and local codes.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, and expenses to meet goals.
