Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Community Manager to drive operational, financial, and cultural success across our residential property. You will set the tone for resident satisfaction, coach a high-performing team, and align with GoldOller's standards of service.

You will lead budgeting, leasing, and performance monitoring, maintain Fair Housing compliance, and develop programs to increase occupancy and renewal rates while ensuring financial health and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in property management and resident relations.
• Experience with budgeting, leasing, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to manage a site team.
