Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in operating residential communities. You will lead leasing activities, ensure excellent resident experiences, and help drive occupancy and retention across properties.

In this role, you will coach the leasing team, manage budgets, enforce leases and Fair Housing compliance, and collaborate with teams on marketing, outreach, and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• NALP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing and vacancy management.
• Support the Community Manager and lead the leasing team.
• Drive resident retention and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Monitor budgets, occupancy, and metrics.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with leases, fair housing, and safety standards.
