Job summary

Sentral in Houston is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and homeshare guests, providing exceptional hospitality on-site. The role requires a can-do attitude, ownership of work, and a proactive service mindset.

You will greet guests by name, manage requests, and coordinate with management to ensure delightful experiences. Weekend availability is preferred, and the position emphasizes strong communication and guest relation skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with residents, guests and vendors.
• Computer savvy and able to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize with urgency.
• Active listening and attention to detail.
• Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral standards, policies, and customer service excellence.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests; be the first contact.
• Greet residents by name and provide a welcoming experience.
• Handle requests with friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Provide hospitality and comply with QA expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote resident benefits and vendors; distribute marketing materials.
• Answer calls, record requests, and process inquiries.
• Run daily reports and check report accuracy.
• Monitor building access and maintain lobby cleanliness.
