Job summary

Sentral is hiring an Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding hospitality at our Scottsdale community. This on-site role focuses on resident and guest inquiries, welcome experiences, and seamless service throughout stays.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and policies in customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and residents.
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile.
• Provide hospitality in line with QA expectations.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote resident benefits and local activities.
• Answer and record calls, messages, and requests.
• Run daily reports and verify accuracy.
