Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Lifestyle Coordinator to support day-to-day community management, assist in move-ins, and coordinate resident events and programs. You will work with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to drive resident retention and create engaging activities.

Responsibilities include tours, scheduling, vendor relations, calendar creation, and content for the Resident Portal, while helping to align with sales and marketing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan events and coordinate programs.
• Comfort with budgets and vendor relations.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours.
• Answer calls and route to teammates; follow up on requests.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator move-in schedules.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Prepare amenities for resident use and coordinate events.
• Create monthly calendar, newsletters, and postings in the Resident Portal.
• Support sales and marketing program standards and budgets.
