Job summary

Core Spaces seeks a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations, lead resident engagement, and assist with marketing and events. You will conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and help maintain brand standards across the community.

The role requires punctual shifts, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a proactive approach to resident satisfaction at our Tuscaloosa property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• The utmost level of integrity in all instances, and respect towards others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend to on-site leasing office operations and prospect tours.
• Support marketing duties, resident events, and social content creation.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and assist with move‑outs/move‑ins.
• Ensure adherence to Core Spaces policies and brand standards.
