Job summary

ConcordRENTS, a Florida-based property management leader, seeks an experienced manager for a Leesburg community. The role oversees leasing, resident services and asset stewardship to maintain high standards and occupancy.

Strong leadership and customer service are essential for delivering exceptional community experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, knowledge of LIHTC/Section 8, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of LIHTC requirements and Section 8 rent subsidies.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in property management, including leasing, resident services, and managing physical assets.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire office, leasing and maintenance staff; create staffing schedules.
• Manage leasing, marketing and renewals to achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Coordinate maintenance programs with the team; supervise vendors and contracts.
• Monitor budgets, variances and financial statements to support property performance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely resolution of service requests.
