Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking an experienced property manager to lead a team serving affordable and market‑rate multifamily communities in Florida. You will oversee leasing, resident services, vendor management, and financial performance to meet occupancy and budget goals.

The role requires a 4-year degree preferred, strong leadership, and excellent customer service. Knowledge of LIHTC and landscape maintenance is advantageous; a commute to assigned communities is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management with leasing, resident services and asset oversight.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills required.
• English proficiency for safety and productivity is essential.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire leasing and maintenance staff; create staffing schedules.
• Monitor work quality; coach team members for advancement.
• Lead leasing and marketing to renew leases and attract residents.
• Communicate with residents to address damages, policy issues, and collections.
• Oversee vendor proposals and contractor work; ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate documentation for residency applications and recertifications.
• Manage the community's financials and occupancy targets with leadership.
