You will oversee budgeting, leasing decisions, maintenance oversight, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain residents, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional operations.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in the multifamily industry or related hospitality.
• Proven track record of leading a team (2+ people).
• Strong understanding of financial management principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and regular check-ins.
• Foster a positive work environment that supports growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures.
• Make lease and resident applicant decisions as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and NOI management.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Prepare regular occupancy and financial reports.
