Kairoi is seeking a Community Director for its Dallas multifamily portfolio. You will oversee operations, resident relations, and a high-performing team to meet financial and service goals. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and compliance across all property operations.

You will drive leasing decisions, coordinate marketing initiatives, and report on occupancy and financial performance to regional leadership. This position requires strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Competenze

• 5–6 years in multifamily or related hospitality.
• Proven team leadership experience (2+ years).
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree is required or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
• Experience with CAM or IREM certifications is desirable.
