Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Experience with resident engagement and file audits is a must.
• Knowledge of property operations software (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.
• Provide a personalized experience with care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents and maintain positive relationships; ensure expectations are met.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally; achieve guest satisfaction.
• Operate as the communication hub, sharing community happenings via portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities delivering value beyond apartment living.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
