Sares Regis is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our Stanford West community in Palo Alto, CA. You will greet residents and guests, provide a warm, personalized experience, and foster ongoing relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires effective written and verbal communication, 1 year of customer service experience, and knowledge of property software including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of excellent customer service experience and ability to pass fair housing exam.
Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.
Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for residents.
Engage with residents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring expectations are met.
Respond to resident complaints professionally to achieve satisfaction.
Act as the communication center providing residents updates via the portal and postings.
Plan and deliver resident events and activities to add value beyond the apartment.
Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
