Job summary

Optima seeks a Resident Coordinator to deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects at our Scottsdale community. You will support leasing, events, and retention efforts while learning our market and technology tools.

This role requires energy, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate move-ins, marketing outreach, and daily operations. Weekend/evening shifts may be required, and experience with property software like Yardi Voyager 7 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service for all resident inquiries and timely response to issues.
• Assist with resident retention, renewal programs and community events.
• Drive retention and resident satisfaction as measured by resident survey scores.
• Assist the leasing and operations team with daily operations.
• Coordinate the resident move in experience and assist with building technology introduction.
• Participate in marketing efforts and resident events to drive traffic to the property.
• Review all digital marketing and social channels.
