Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver resident programs and events.
• Coordinate annual engagement calendar and J Club calendar.
• Assist with event registration and materials.
• Support initiatives to strengthen resident connection.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents and guests.
• Respond to questions with patience and follow-through.
• Address policy issues with clear communication.
• Collaborate with Jasper Community Life and Cohere teams.
• Support community planning and day-to-day coordination.
