Job summary

Cohere is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator for Jasper in Prescott Valley, AZ to help bring the resident experience to life through programs, events, and welcoming service for residents and guests.

The role requires organized, personable individuals who can manage calendars, communications, and respond to resident questions with professionalism. This is an onsite role with a Tue-Sat schedule, some evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working in a professional environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed when resolving concerns or handling difficult conversations.
• Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Engaging Community Experiences: Support the planning and delivery of resident programs and events, coordinate the annual engagement calendar, assist with event registration and materials, support initiatives to strengthen resident connection.
• Keep Residents Informed and Connected: Provide current program information for communications, manage event registration and calendars, monitor website content, keep records organized.
• Deliver a Great Resident Experience: Provide friendly, caring customer service to Jasper residents, respond to questions with professionalism, address policy-related situations with clear communication, manage escalated interactions toward positive resolutions.
• Support the Team: Work with Jasper Community Life and Cohere teams to share information, assist with planning and administrative needs, foster a collaborative environment.
