Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate responses to resident service issues and oversee move-in satisfaction within the community in Silver Spring, MD.

This role supports move-in coordination, Onesite administration, concierge-like resident services, and daily resident activities, delivering superior customer service to residents and staff. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with Community Directors and Leasing teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in business administration.
• Minimum two years of office experience.
• Residential properties or rental operations experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents.
• Follow up with new residents within seven days of move-in.
• Scan move-in documents into Onesite and manage tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident inquiries.
• Collaborate with Business Manager and Renewal teams to support leasing goals.
• Use CRM to manage resident relations and service requests.
• Perform property condition walkthroughs and address deficiencies.
• Provide backup coverage by greeting visitors and answering inquiries.
