UDR is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate move-in activities, monitor resident satisfaction, and maintain high levels of customer service across the community. You will handle move-in orientation, resident communications, tours, and related administrative duties with attention to detail and compliance.

A valid driver’s license and prior office/residential property experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Two years of office experience required.
• Two years of experience in residential properties or related operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents and follow up on satisfaction.
• Manage resident communications (phone, email, texts) within established time guidelines.
• Greet visitors, assist walk-in prospects, and provide property information.
• Utilize Onesite CRM to track service requests, resident relations, and reports.
• Perform back-up Resident Service Manager duties when needed.
• Collaborate with Business Manager and Renewal teams to meet leasing goals.
