Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Resident Service Specialist at our Peabody, MA community to deliver an outstanding move-in experience and a high level of resident service.

You will coordinate move-ins, handle on-site operations, and ensure timely responses to resident inquiries, while supporting the Resident Services Manager as needed. Responsibilities include daily walk-throughs, package handling, CRM management, and collaboration with the Community Director to maintain exceptional community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Experience in multi-family or hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in activities and conduct move-in orientations.
• Manage OneSite tasks and keep information up to date.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident concerns promptly.
• Maintain CRM records for resident requests and communications.
• Inspect apartments and amenities to ensure standards before occupancy.
• Provide back-up coverage and generate routine reports as directed.
• Assist Resident Services Manager and Community Director as needed.
