Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Resident Service Coordinator for The Residences on Jamboree in Irvine, CA. This 3-4 month contract role focuses on delivering a first-class customer experience to residents and prospects.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with management, handle inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and promote community events to enhance retention. Excellent customer service and one year of office experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of office experience.
• Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the community management team to resolve resident concerns.
• Welcome prospects, residents and vendors and answer inquiries about the property and lease terms.
• Answer phones and texts promptly and route inquiries or take messages.
• Organize incoming packages and coordinate move-ins.
• Plan and execute events to increase resident retention.
• Provide keys/fobs and document per policy; orient new residents.
