UDR is seeking a Resident Service Specialist for Arbor Park of Alexandria in Alexandria, VA. You will coordinate move-in activities, oversee Onesite responsibilities, and provide exceptional resident services to ensure satisfaction and smooth operations.

You will communicate with residents, process documents, and support leasing and renewal efforts while maintaining high standards of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate move-in activities and orientation with residents.
• Manage Onesite tasks and oversee move-in documentation.
• Handle walk-in resident concerns and coordinate with the Resident Services Manager or Community Director.
• Respond to voicemails, texts, and emails within established time guidelines.
• Assist business and renewal teams to meet leasing goals and maintain resident relations via CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
