UDR, Inc. in Framingham, MA is seeking a Resident Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences at a luxury apartment community. You will guide move-ins, coordinate service requests, and act as a front-line problem solver for residents and prospects.

You will manage OneSite tasks, handle walk-ins and inquiries, and support daily property operations with a customer-first mindset. Prior hospitality or multi-family experience and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family or hospitality operations.
• Office setting experience.
• Customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Move-in coordination including orientation and follow-up with new residents.
• Manage OneSite tasks and oversee pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic and respond to resident inquiries in a timely manner.
• Inspect move-in apartments and daily amenities for readiness and condition.
• Greet visitors, prepare resident communications, and compile reports as needed.
