Sares Regis Group is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge for our 215-unit Middle Plaza community in Menlo Park, CA. You will greet residents and guests, deliver a personalized experience, and foster positive relationships to ensure their expectations are met.

You will respond to concerns promptly, manage communications, and plan events that add value beyond the apartment. Join a team focusing on service excellence and resident happiness.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Relevant work experience in residential property management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Knowledge of property-level software: Outlook, Excel, Word; Internet tools.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as required.

OPPORTUNITY: RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR / CONCIERGE – MENLO PARK, CA

Sares Regis Group is seeking an experienced customer service professional to work at our beautiful 215-unit community, Middle Plaza! This is a great career opportunity in an ideal location!

Essential Functions

• Responsible for greeting prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community
• Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for our future and current residents
• Engage with residents, fostering an ongoing, positive relationship while confirming their expectations are being fulfilled
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, making sure every situation handled ends with gratification
• Act as the communication center providing residents community happenings daily, weekly, or monthly via the computer portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities ensuring resident's find value outside the walls of their apartment home
• Identify, communicate and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have excellent customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Must have relevant experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement a must!
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Salary is $28.00/hour.

• We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location.
• Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual.
• Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
