Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team. The role focuses on customer service, handling move-ins/outs, and ensuring the community presents well to residents and visitors.

You will use YARDI to enter work orders, inspect model homes, and assist in marketing efforts while maintaining professional standards and compliance with policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect model and vacant homes to ready them for touring prospective clients.

• Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate fees in Yardi.
• Maintain curb appeal and office/amenities appearance.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure work orders are completed to residents' satisfaction.
• May perform other duties for the Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participate in monthly functions to aid resident retention.

Description

A Brief Overview The Resident Services Specialist has the primary responsibility of providing assistance and coordinating all requests from the residents with the property management team. In addition, this position is responsible for the overall appearance of the community, assisting in marketing functions, and exceptional customer service to all residents. This includes but not limited to maintaining resident files, resident retention programs, receiving and following up with service requests, meeting with resident groups, and otherwise assisting the Community Director and Community Manager in ensuring compliance with all Hunt Military Communities policies and Government compliance requirements.

What you will do

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident related inquires.
• Coordinates and assists with all requests from resident with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Answers resident questions and assists with resolving concerns while providing highest level of customer service through courteous, professional, and prompt responses to all inquiries. This includes following up on all interactions with residents and ensuring all items have been addressed, through to resolution.
• Assists in inspecting the model and vacant homes to ensure they are ready for touring prospective clients as needed.
• Administers move-in lease documents and home inspection with resident.
• Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs, and final inspection for outgoing residents to include assessing any charge for damages and delivery of the final utility bill (where applicable).
• Monitors rental account balances where applicable. Ensures all fees and rent charges are correct in Yardi.
• Assists with ensuring community curb appeal and maintaining the appearances of the office, amenities, model, homes, and community.
• Conducts follow-up phone calls to residents to ensure that work orders are completed to the resident’s satisfaction within an acceptable time frame.
• May perform other duties as needed to assist the Community Director/Community Manager and/or Leasing team.
• Participates in monthly functions held by the site to assist in resident retention.
• This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or other related discipline preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

• Basic understanding of safety practices.

Licenses and Certifications

• DL NUMBER - Driver's License, Valid and in State required.
