Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Dover, DE. You will provide exceptional customer service to residents, coordinate work orders with the management team, and help maintain curb appeal and overall community health.

Responsibilities include processing move-ins/outs, administering lease-related tasks, and ensuring accurate billing in YARDI. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred, and sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in sales preferred and must demonstrate customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders and coordinate with the property management team in YARDI.
• Provide high level of customer service and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
• Inspect models and vacant homes for touring readiness.
• Administer move-in/out processes and lease documentation.
• Monitor accounts and ensure accurate rent and fees in the system.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenities appearance.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Support Community Director and Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly resident retention events.
