Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator in a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas. You will assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of apartment communities, handling resident relations, and performing administrative duties.

The position emphasizes a strong resident experience and collaboration with leasing and property teams. The ideal candidate will oversee renewals, engage residents, and contribute to marketing and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of property operations, marketing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products of services; marketing strategy and tactics.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, planning and organization, and coordinator of people and resources.
• Skilled with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry specific software.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the resident experience.
• Offer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office.
• Maintain awareness of the property competitors and contribute ideas to the Property Manager to improve resident retention and satisfaction.
• Contact and follow up on renewals, new residents, and work orders.
• Answer and handle incoming issues from current residents always offering excellent service.
• Create a renewal program to optimize leas renewals and decrease resident turnover.
• Create ideas for marketing and events and assist in successful execution of these events.
• Plan fun activities for residents.
• Develop and execute strategies for optimizing online reputation and resident satisfaction surveys in accordance with goals set by Community Manager.
• Must be available for after hours for resident relations and other activities.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by manager.
