Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, interviewing and onboarding, and conducts quarterly and annual reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators; provide feedback and manage disciplinary actions.
• Train office staff on leasing, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, trainings, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget prep and adhere to budgets; report variances.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and service follow-up.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold resident care standards.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent the company in needed hearings.
• Maintain positive owner relationships with updates and tours.
