Job summary

RPM Living in Magnolia, TX seeks a Leasing Associate to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and guide new residents through move-in while ensuring Fair Housing compliance and smooth operations.

The role includes maintaining showrooms, supporting social media efforts, and collaborating with maintenance to uphold community standards and retention.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Assist prospects with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close leases, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
• Complete paperwork for leases, move-ins, and move-outs; attend meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to meet goals.
