Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations and resident engagement. You will conduct tours, follow-ups, and marketing activities while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, social media content, and partnerships. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties is required to ensure resident satisfaction across the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings.
• The utmost level of integrity and respect for others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week at the property.
• Commit to full shifts, minimum 3 hours on-site per shift.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal part-time hours.
• Complete all prospect tours of the community and follow up with assigned prospects.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the community.
• Assist in securing partnership opportunities and curating social media content.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Handle evening and/or overnight on-call duties as required.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events for the community.
• Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as needed.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Ensure compliance with Core Spaces Policies and Procedures.
