Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Community Concierge to support on-site leasing operations and resident engagement at our Athens property. You will conduct prospect tours, assist with marketing, and coordinate events to maintain a vibrant community experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, time management, and customer service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or comparable degree.
• Proven ability to lead and contribute effectively within various organizational settings or groups.
• Uphold integrity and respect towards others and company principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours and follow-ups.
• Assist with move-outs, turn and move-ins beyond normal hours.
• Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and resident events.
• Curate content for social media and marketing materials.
• Post to social media as directed by the Community Manager.
• Create marketing materials using Canva.
• Provide evening and/or overnight on-call and round duties.
• Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events.
